Maintaining our wellbeing and mental health through daily practices is essential for staying well regulated, centred and present. Without regular self-care, we can easily lose touch with what brings us joy and our sense of self. Although it can be challenging, even small acts of nurturing—like speaking kindly to ourselves or taking a deep breath during stressful moments—can regulate our nervous system and positively reset our subconscious if we lean towards a negative bias.
♥ My daily self-care routine includes meditation, cacao rituals, movement, supplementary care, nutrition, breathwork, nature walks, and spiritual practices. These help me create and hold space for others better.
