Together, we will make space to explore your past in a way that honours it, without letting it define your future. If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, navigating a transition, grief, or disconnected from yourself and your life, this space is for you.

Over 6 or 12 weeks, we’ll work together to untangle old patterns, soothe overwhelm, understand and manage your mindset, regulate your body and nervous system and rebuild trust in your inner voice, so you can feel grounded, balanced and clear about where you want to go.

This is a space for deep, lasting transformation. Whether you’re rebuilding or calling in change, you’ll be supported from the inside out with practical tools, embodied guidance and personalised practices that help you step confidently into your next chapter.

Shift self-criticism into self-compassion and strengthen your connection to your inner voice. Through ritual, cacao, meditation, visualisation and orientation, we open space for clarity, alignment and meaningful transformation. Old stories, fears and doubts become invitations to learn and grow from.

6–12 Week Coaching Journey

This is a holistic, personalised and high touch programme designed for you. Each week serves as guideline of what works, but has the flexibility to be adapted to you and your needs as you grow and expand.

  • Up to 6 in-person sessions for the 12-week journey (3 for the 6-week).

  • A bespoke recorded meditation (included in the 12-week programme).

  • A ritual welcome package to set intentions and support your journey.

  • Organic ceremonial cacao for home practices.

  • Tools and practices to support mindset, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and body awareness.

  • Signature Four Pillars Life Mapping session to create a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go.
