If you’re able to travel to Walthamstow, London E17, we can hold up to six sessions in person, including those with cacao and sound immersion. The remaining sessions will be online.

We’ll delve into your story, discuss your needs and co-create a tailored plan to help you achieve the transformation you seek. This session lays the groundwork for our work together.

This will give you an insight into how we work together and offer tailored initial guidance. It’s an ideal way to experience the benefits before fully committing. Once you’ve applied for the 12-week programme and we’ve had a free discovery call to make sure we’re a good fit, you’ll be able to choose your payment plan. I’ll then send you an intake form to explore your current challenges, goals and desires ahead of our first session.
