Over 6 or 12 weeks, we’ll work together to untangle old patterns, soothe overwhelm, regulate your body and nervous system and rebuild trust in your inner voice, so you can feel grounded and clear.
This is a space for deep, lasting transformation. Whether you’re rebuilding or calling in change, you’ll be supported from the inside out with practical tools, embodied guidance and personalised practices that help you step confidently into your next chapter.

This is a free, no-obligation 20-minute call where you can share your goals, challenges and what’s currently feeling out of alignment. It’s a space to explore whether the 6 or 12-week programme feels like the right support for you. I will meet you in a confidential, judgement-free space, either on Zoom or over the phone, where you can ask any questions about the programme to help guide your decision.
This is a mutual conversation: the work is powerful when both of us feel aligned. I work with up to three clients at a time so I can offer deep, personalised support and fully commit to your journey.

If you’re able to travel to Walthamstow, London E17, up to half of your sessions can be in person. Helen will recommend which sessions are most suitable to meet face-to-face.

The programme consists of weekly 90-minute coaching sessions, personalised to address your unique goals, using the suggested framework above.
Alongside the sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support through email or WhatsApp messaging, with access to extra resources and exercises to keep you on track.

Don't worry, I've got your back. You’ll have ongoing access to support via WhatsApp or email during working hours throughout the programme. This ensures you receive guidance and encouragement whenever needed, so you’re never alone on your journey.
You will also be resourced with takeaways after each session, so you will have a focus between sessions.

In the 12 week programme, the ritual package includes an ethically sourced Palo Santo stick for a home ritual and energy cleansing, a hand-finished A5 art print created by me, ceremonial cacao and a beautiful Papier Wellness Journal to use as part of our journey together.
In the 6 week container, you will receive the print, palo santo and cacao.

Yes, I do. I have ADHD and sensory autism, so I understand how different brains work. You will be invited to share your learning preferences, sensitivities, or anything that helps you feel supported in your intake form.
I adapt our sessions and in-between support so you feel fully seen, understood and empowered.

Due to the personalised nature of this coaching programme, refunds are not available. However, your satisfaction is my priority. I’m committed to ensuring you have a valuable and transformative experience and I’m always open to feedback and adjustments to ensure the programme meets your expectations.
If something isn’t working, we’ll find a solution together.

Coaching sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. The session may be credited toward a future date.
