I work from my cosy healing nook in North East London, joined by my two ginger cats, Freddie and Gus, and support clients both in person and online.

Once weβve acknowledged and understood your emotions, weβll focus on calming the nervous system. By down-regulating stress responses, we create the space for deep relaxation, opening the door to reprogramming unhelpful subconscious patterns into healthy, empowering pathways.

Rather than merely talking through your experiences, weβll engage in practices and techniques that actively release stuck energy and stress.
