My Approach
I offer online and in-person experiences to meet you where you are. Grounded in the three pillars of mind, body and spirit, our work helps you feel, heal and expand into who you’re meant to be.
Feel
This is about allowing yourself to fully experience and express what’s present for you. No more suppressing or downplaying your emotions. We’ll work together to explore these feelings somatically, connecting with the body and using the power of your mind to unlock deeper understanding.
Heal
Once we’ve acknowledged and understood your emotions, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system. By down-regulating stress responses, we create the space for deep relaxation, opening the door to reprogramming unhelpful subconscious patterns into healthy, empowering pathways.

Understanding and identifying patterns is just the beginning. Rather than merely talking through your experiences, we’ll engage in practices and techniques that actively release stuck energy and stress.
