This is a slow, gentle space for those navigating grief, loss, transition or emotional tenderness. If your heart feels heavy or closed, or you're craving a moment of release, this session offers a ritual of reconnection.
You’ll be guided to sip ceremonial-grade cacao mindfully, a rich, earthy, bittersweet hot chocolate drink that works gently on the heart and nervous system.
