With Father’s Day on 21st and me being fresh off the boat after holding a cacao ceremony in Portugal, I’ve moved our gathering to the following Sunday, 28th J

So much of what we call anxiety, spiralling or shutdown is the nervous system doing its best to protect us with the tools it learned earlier in life.

And there’s truth in that. But it’s also more complex. So let’s unpack it together.

More and more people are discovering the power of EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, or tapping.

I’m noticing clients arriving already aware of it, finding my work through it, and seeing it spoken about more widely beyond my own algorithm.
