Meet Helen, Certified Mindset Coach, EFT Practitioner and Qualified Teacher
I support people to create meaningful, embodied change in how they think, feel and live.
My work integrates coaching, EFT and somatic awareness with practical tools that help you shift patterns that feel hard to change on your own. We work directly with what’s present, so change moves from insight into lived experience.
I don’t believe your past defines you, but I do believe it shapes how you move through the world. Lasting change happens when insight, emotional awareness and the body are worked with together.
I work with clients in North East London and online across the world.
This is grounded, relational work. It meets you with care and clarity, and supports you to build trust in yourself so you can move through life transitions with more steadiness and self-understanding.

I offer online and in-person experiences to meet you where you are. Grounded in the three pillars of mind, body and spirit, our work helps you feel, heal and embody into who you’re meant to be.

This is about allowing yourself to fully experience and express what’s present for you. No more suppressing or downplaying your emotions. We’ll work together to explore these feelings somatically, connecting with the body and using the power of your mind to unlock deeper understanding.
Heal
Once we’ve acknowledged and understood your emotions, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system. By down-regulating stress responses, we create the space for deep relaxation, opening the door to reprogramming unhelpful subconscious patterns into healthy, empowering pathways.
