As your coach, I'm here to help you tap into your full potential. It’s already within you, and together, we’ll unlock it.
I’m Helen, a mindset and wellness coach, offering grounded support and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and take meaningful steps forward.
I work from my cosy healing nook in North East London with my two ginger cats, Freddie and Gus, and support clients both in person and online.
This work is gentle and honest. I’ll meet you where you are and walk beside you as you learn to trust yourself, soften old patterns and make space for what really matters.

I offer online and in-person experiences to meet your needs, wherever you’re at on your journey. Our work together is anchored in the three pillars of health and wellbeing: Mind, Body and Lifestyle so you can Feel, Heal and Expand.

This is about allowing yourself to fully experience and express what’s present for you. No more suppressing or downplaying your emotions. We’ll work together to explore these feelings somatically, connecting with the body and using the power of your mind to unlock deeper understanding.
Heal
Once we’ve acknowledged and understood your emotions, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system. By down-regulating stress responses, we create the space for deep relaxation, opening the door to reprogramming unhelpful subconscious patterns into healthy, empowering pathways.
Expand
Understanding and identifying patterns is just the beginning. Rather than merely talking through your experiences, we’ll engage in practices and techniques that actively release stuck energy and stress. This process will create real, tangible change, enabling you to expand into a life that is truly aligned with your authentic self.
