Quarterly Cacao Ceremonies & Sound Baths
In person experiences, Walthamstow, London E17
Held at the turning points of the seasons, these intimate gatherings of up to eight guests offer a deeply restorative space to return to balance, connection, and community.
You’ll step into a candlelit setting and be gently guided through a heart-opening cacao ceremony and soothing sound journey. Together, we share organic ceremonial-grade cacao and move through grounding practices including meditation, breathwork, gentle soundscapes, and somatic awareness.
More than an event, this is a sacred pause. A moment to honour your inner world, attune to the rhythm of the season and leave feeling calm, connected and renewed.
If you’d prefer a more personalised experience, private sessions are available for individuals or pairs. For bigger groups, you can also explore creating a bespoke sacred container to celebrate, heal and grow together.
