Quarterly Cacao Circles & Sound Baths

Held at the turning points of the seasons, these intimate gatherings of up to 8 guests offer a deeply personal and restorative experience. Each circle is curated with care to bring you back to balance, connection and community.

What to expect

Step into a private, candlelit space in Walthamstow and be guided through a 2-hour ceremony designed to soothe your nervous system and open your heart. Together we’ll share organic, vegan ceremonial cacao and move through grounding practices such as meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness, gentle soundscapes and a deeply relaxing sound bath.

These circles are more than events — they are sacred rituals. An invitation to pause, honour your inner world and realign with the season’s energy, leaving you feeling resourced, inspired and rebalanced.
